- Ensure and oversee the proper functioning of all in-house computer systems, namely: e.g. VMWare, Active Directory, Domain Controller, Office365 Email, Opera PMS (and related sub-systems)
- Together with the IT Manager, helps coordinate with effective IT operations for hotel's need and advise appropriate solutions
- Solve users' needs and problems pertaining to hardware and software
- Manage the daily backup of the system and data files
- Preferably Diploma in Information Technology
- Good interpersonal skills and team player
- Demonstrate ability to operate effectively in a multi-cultural environment
- Good knowledge in Windows Network and Microsoft Office application
