    JOB TITLE: Planner, PE Planning, POL. SC ROA

    JOB PURPOSE

    The planner is accountable for coordinating the supply and demand for a wide range of portfolio within his products for ROA region.

    He / She plans for replenishments to Rest of Asia supply points from to all regions globally. The planner will conduct the demand planning activity starting from the un-constrained till get the demand constrained, exercising inventory management to meet the customer requirement.

    Based on the network capability, the planner should plan for which shipping lines to utilize by aligning with logistic team.

    The planner role is to optimize material staying days in the various outlet WH's & HUB's to minimize the logistic costs and create the value.

    On a monthly basis, planner should prepare and host the pre-S&OP and Regional S&OP activities and meeting. That includes the responsibility to formulate Global S&OP figures to be present to the global stakeholders on a monthly basis.

    During scenarios that deviates from plan, planner should react have a cross function active communication in an agile manner to review solutions and evaluate them considering high customer satisfaction and to bring the value.

    Key accountabilities includes

    • Demand Planning - unconstraints / constraints based on sales forecast, history, annual business plan, market updates and demand maneuvering within cycle.
    • Sensible replenishment planning to various supply points based on demand planning, warehouse inventory levels and incoming.
    • Inventory Management - inventory and aging, to partner with sources to minimize supply delays and manage communications with regional stakeholders
    • Regional S&OP preparation and hosting and Global S&OP perspective
    • Lead and engage projects leveraging his/her expertise and experience for value creation in end-to-end supply chain

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Min Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferably in Supply Chain Management
    • 3-5 years preferably in supply chain planning
    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Good knowledge in SAP APO, MM & PP modules
