Temp Accounts Assistant - Singapore - Bishan Home for the Intellectually Disabled

Job ResponsibilitiesReporting to Head of Finance & Admin and working closely with our accounts and admin team, you will be responsible for:
- Ensure proper maintenance of records, scanning and filing of documents to support accounting entries
- Ensure Purchase Orders have been correctly raised by staff initiating purchases
- Verify the correctness of vendors' invoices
- General data entry of transactions
- Assist in preparing payment vouchers, issuing cheques for vendors
- Assist in issuing of Official Receipts or Tax-Exempt Receipts for donations
- Any other adhoc accounts and admin duties assigned
Requirements:
- GCE 'O', 'N' Level/ Diploma/ ITE Certificate in Business/ Accounting or any related fields
- Preferably with at least 12 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of MYOB Accounting system will be an advantage
- Meticulous and organised, a good team player with good attitude
- Able to start work within short notice
- Period required: Mid-Apr
- End Jun/Mid Jul 2023 (Maternity cover 2.53 months)

Salary:
$1, $2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
