Job Description:

List of Scope of work
Make up bed and change bed linen

Perform oral toilet, bed bathing and showering

Assist skin care for stable immobile patients

Transfer patients in/out of bed

Assist patients with good swallowing reflexes and able to drink and eat normally

Give/remove commode, bedpans and urinals for patients

Assist in cold compress and tepid sponging

Assist in observing and reporting patient condition and progress to the nurse-in-charge

Answer call bells and give assistance to patients with constrain of his/her abilities

Accompany patients identified at high risks for falls, confused or delirious

Job Requirements:

Have passion in nursing and keen to acquire knowledge and skills to assist nurses in basic patient care, portering and housekeeping duties

Driven, dedicated and willing to serve
