Description

Working for a bank, you provide support and maintenance processes for Storage support services (enterprise storage and backup ). You will provide detailed technical guidance to support teams for problems, critical environmental issues and Storage environment design faults.

Your Responsibilities:

Providing day to day support on wide range of enterprise storage including EMC, Hitachi, Netbackup, IBM storage
Resolution, troubleshooting and root cause analysis for storage and backupbased issues within all production and nonproduction environments;
Carrying out configuration and capacity management for all storage arrays across the environment;
Handle escalation for incidents to the Team Leader

Your qualifications and experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant technical expertise working in Enterprise Storage solution (EMC or Hitachi, or ibm storage and netbackup)
Strong understanding of Enterprise storage, NAS, Data ONTAP and SAN environments;
Experience in integration of storage to various OS
Understanding of WAN/LAN/SAN constraints related to centralized storage in virtualized environment (Cisco UCS);
Strong communication skills and demonstrated technical leadership.
Thorough knowledge of storage, configuration, monitoring and maintenance technologies;
Knowledge of Backup & Archiving Solutions
Proven Troubleshooting skills

Salary:
Up to $11,500.00 per month
