    Job Description

  • Serve as expert and key point of contact for all benefits matters for the region
  • Play active role in reviewing of rewards programs, policies and processes across our 11 APAC markets, with focus on alignment across the region
  • Drives the benefits strategy and manage external vendor relationships to negotiate competitive offerings during the annual renewal process
  • Work closely with country HR and legal teams, and monitor local regulations and legislative changes to ensure benefits programs are compliant
  • Own and drive any rewards projects where required
  • Qualifications

  • At least 5 years' total rewards experience, with in-depth knowledge of benefits market practices and statutory requirements of Singapore and other APAC countries
  • Strong collaboration and business partnering capabilities combined with demonstrated ability to influence
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Analytical mindset, data driven, a keen eye for detail
  • Relentless growth mindset
  • Negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Innovative and creative problem solving and decision making
  • Working in a startup and/or tech industry a big plus
