- Perform receptionist functions in an efficient manner (Day-to-day front desk reception duties, attend to walk-in visitors and their requests)
- Management of Reception and meeting room areas, ensuring rooms are ready for guests
- Receive letters and couriered items, check and circulate documents to various departments
- Perform administrative and support duties
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned if necessary
- Preferably 1-2 years of customer service experience in a receptionist role
- Ability to communicate well in both English and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fast and eager learner
- Proficient in MS Office
