Description

Job Responsibilities

• Maintaining hardware, software, and networks by conducting regular maintenance and updates, including regular backups and upgrades
• Work closely with project team on monthly security related audit and assist Project Manager of necessary reporting.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to minimise downtime and improve system reliability.
• Identifying and resolving network, connectivity, and server issues.
• Upgrading firmware, software, and outdated hardware systems.
• Creating user documents and providing training on new computer systems. Preparing technical documents, such as error and maintenance reports.
• Working with the Application development team for the system integration, configuration and help to diagnose issues.
• Providing technical support to users and resolving technical errors.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science, information systems, software engineering, computer engineering, or electrical engineering.
• Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting UNIX-based systems.
• Knowledge of network protocols and services.
• Experience with scripting languages and automation tools.
• Proficiency in Linux, Windows, and Mac OS.
• Knowledge of coding and scripting.
• Cloud experience, especially in AWS (Amazon Web Service).
