- Well organized, results oriented and co-operative personality with preferably a commercial degree
- Strong business acumen
- A self-initiator with the ability to work with little or no supervision
- Excellent people management, customer service and leadership skills,
- Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills
- Presentation, analytical and strategy planning skills
- A track record of disruptive business growth would be a bonus
