- To provide on-site user application supports
- To assist sales personnel throughout the sales cycle in terms of products knowledge and applications, from presales to the end of the cycle and after sales supports
- Demonstrations
- Technical discussions
- Propose total solutions in relevant fields
- Applications training: Presentation on technology relevant to instrumentation prior to hands-on section
- Hands-on training: Hardware and software
- Troubleshooting
- To hold user meetings, workshops, seminars to update products information on instrumentation and support chemistry
- To troubleshoot issues related to instruments, software, reagents and experimental designed
- To connect and integrate available or customize technologies to cater customers' needs, take lead in scientific discussions, analyse their needs and match them with our offering products
- Support sales team in order to achieve growth target as a team
- Preparation of technical documents and reports
- Manage demo lab and ensure good laboratory practices: demo instruments, facilities and chemical inventory
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
- Minimum Master / PhD in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Microbiology, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Chemical Science, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or related disciplines
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience of scientific equipment operation and troubleshooting as well as laboratory inventory management
- Team player with a great attitude
- Willing to learn and involve actively in pre-sales market survey and business development
- Sense and interpersonal skills of customer relationship
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, changing environment
- Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently
