COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore.

We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Deputy Director to manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives;

Report on project success criteria results, metrics, and deployment management activities;

Work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence;

Liaise with the project team, site staff and contractors to conduct regular site meetings and inspections for a project progress update and monitoring of quality;

Liaise with the relevant authorities to meet permits and licensing requirements;

Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project;

Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes;

Monitor staff performance and complete performance views;

Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership;

Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders;

Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards;

Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or HOD.


QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB)

Minimum1year of experience in constructions or civil engineering

Those with experience in underground utilities especially water/gas pipes will be advantageous

Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Service-oriented client relationship and people

Self-motivated and able to work independently
