    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Liasing with our external network team
    • Monitoring network performance and addressing issues in a timely manner.
    • Maintaining server hardware and software
    • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as system backups, updates, and patches.
    • Providing end-user support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, including hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and upgrades.
    • Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors on complex technical issues
    • Implement infrastructure improvements.
    • Develop and document IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Conducting regular security audits and implementing measures to protect network and data from cyber threats.
    • Actively participate in IT projects, such as system migrations, upgrades, and implementations.
