An oil and gas company is currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator for both Onshore and Offshore phase

Candidate will coordinate and control the movement of personnel relating to the Project operations on the assigned Platform FPSO. Ensure compliance with established procedures, legislation and health and safety guidelines for the offshore operation.

• Ultimately, act as the main company's focal point for all movements of personnel to/from the FPSO via vessel or helicopter.
• Interface with the Logistics team onshore and contractors' agencies.
• Demonstrate and consistently apply the highest level of leadership in HSE standards, practices and policies.
• Ensure site safety and environmental management systems are implemented as designed and are consistent with internal policies and standards.
• Assist the Project team with preparation of the daily 10 day lookahead (vessel and personnel movements).
• Document control (naming and chronological order) of personnel information and must ensure good data management.
• Create passenger lists for all helicopter flights (in coordination with the Project team) and inform the relevant stakeholders of requirements.
• Ensure all documents have been submitted to MPA, ICA, etc for incoming crew
• Coordinate visa application and document submission for incoming crew
• Other logistics requirement
