- Conduct systematic business analysis to ensure a clear definition of business/operational objectives for new requirements.
- Validate business requirements to align with business/operations needs, IT architecture, and security standards.
- Design functional solutions, and user workflows, and document Functional Specifications.
- Conduct walkthroughs of requirements and proposed solutions with stakeholders, obtaining their review and signoff.
- Develop SIT/UAT/NRT scope and approach, guide the Testing team in creating test scenarios/cases, and review them to obtain signoff from stakeholders. Adjust test cases as needed to match available resources and target timelines.
- Validate SIT test results produced by the testing team and provide signoff.
- Assist users in planning and executing UAT, analyze defects, and prioritize them for fix delivery by the development team.
- Document and review user manuals and release notes as required.
- Assist in providing tactical/strategic solutions for new client requirements.
- Support conversion/migration exercises when necessary.
- Perform functional analysis and propose solutions for production defects.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Corporate Banking environment, with specific experience as an IT Business Analyst in Trade Finance (eBanking Channels).
- Strong functional and business analysis skills, with the ability to communicate and bridge between business/operations and IT.
- Good functional experience in Trade/Electronic invoicing applications.
- Excellent team player with a strong commitment and positive attitude.
- Effective communication and coordination skills across multicultural and cross-country teams.
- Ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with standard formats such as SWIFT, EDIFACT, ISO20022, and data transformations.
- Proficiency in Unix/Shell scripts, XML, and Oracle/PLSQL.
