Salary up to $3000 (depends on experience) + incentive
Working hours
- 5 days a week/ 44hrs per week/ rotating shift
- East Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
- Incharge of handling the ticketing, reservation, and enquiries through the phone for an Airlines Company.
- Conducting simple troubleshooting and providing accurate advice to the callers.
- Perform outbound calls to followup and update customers.
- Support work, which includes ticket submissions, administrative duties etc.
Job Requirements:
- Passion for Customer Service and are able to present themselves professionally through the phone.
- 1 Years' Experience in Call Centre Environment / Customer Service is an added advantage
- Knowledge in Telephone Etiquette, Customer Service
- Working hours shift from 7 am to 11pm (will be placed on a 89 hour work shift)
- 8 weeks of training for shortlisted employees (Paid training)
