Airline Call Centre Agent

Asia's Largest BPO Contact Centre (Renowned Airlines)

Salary up to $3000 (depends on experience) + incentive

Working hours

5 days a week/ 44hrs per week/ rotating shift

Location

East Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

Incharge of handling the ticketing, reservation, and enquiries through the phone for an Airlines Company.
Conducting simple troubleshooting and providing accurate advice to the callers.
Perform outbound calls to followup and update customers.
Support work, which includes ticket submissions, administrative duties etc.

Job Requirements:

Passion for Customer Service and are able to present themselves professionally through the phone.
1 Years' Experience in Call Centre Environment / Customer Service is an added advantage
Knowledge in Telephone Etiquette, Customer Service
Working hours shift from 7 am to 11pm (will be placed on a 89 hour work shift)
8 weeks of training for shortlisted employees (Paid training)
