Airline Call Centre Agent

Asia's Largest BPO Contact Centre (Renowned Airlines)

Salary up to $3000 (depends on experience) + incentive

Working hours

  • 5 days a week/ 44hrs per week/ rotating shift
Location

  • East Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

  • Incharge of handling the ticketing, reservation, and enquiries through the phone for an Airlines Company.
  • Conducting simple troubleshooting and providing accurate advice to the callers.
  • Perform outbound calls to followup and update customers.
  • Support work, which includes ticket submissions, administrative duties etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Passion for Customer Service and are able to present themselves professionally through the phone.
  • 1 Years' Experience in Call Centre Environment / Customer Service is an added advantage
  • Knowledge in Telephone Etiquette, Customer Service
  • Working hours shift from 7 am to 11pm (will be placed on a 89 hour work shift)
  • 8 weeks of training for shortlisted employees (Paid training)
