Responsibilities:


  • Updates managers by consolidating, analysing and daily action summaries.
  • Doing claims and bills for the company
  • Support the director in daily tasks
  • Provides sales vs projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
  • Assist with the sales process
  • Filing of confidential documents
  • Any tasks as assigned

Requirements:


  • Minimum Education background of 'A' Levels/Diploma and Degree in any field
  • No work experience required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous at handling administrative and scheduling work
