Description
Roles & ResponsibilitiesDaily production of cakes/bread/hot food
Maintain safety, health and hygiene standards
Ensure workstations are clean and tidy for food preparation
Clean and maintain equipment and tools
Checks production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake
Keeping records and relating to deliveries, inventory and production levels
Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
Ensure stock rotation to minimize wastage
Perform any other ad hoc duties when assigned
