Job Summary
- Responsible for leading and overseeing the design, development, and implementation of complex projects, systems, or solutions within the organization.
- Requires a deep understanding of the technical domain, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality and innovative solutions.
- Provide strategic technical direction and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of complex engineering solutions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
- Participate in strategic planning and decisionmaking processes related to technology, architecture, and engineering methodologies
- Manage the Assembly Department, ensure performance, production output and meet customers requirements.
- Take a handson approach and troubleshooting complex technical challenges
Qualifications and Skills:
- Min Diploma in Mechnical Engineering with 15 years working experience in relate field.
- Knowledge on Solid Work, Hypermill software etc
- Experience in operating CNC machine.
