Our client is a Singapore-based company that provides IT services and solutions to businesses across various industries. They specialize in delivering customized and scalable IT solutions, including cybersecurity, cloud computing, data analytics, and software development.
They are currently seeking a talented and motivated Corporate Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Corporate Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our Mandarin-speaking clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct direct sales activities to acquire new customers (B2B) by reaching out to prospective clients through our existing client base and personal contacts.
- Develop and expand business opportunities with existing clients, fostering longterm relationships.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and provide updates on sales developments.
- Submit sales funnels via cloud software in a timely manner, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with our internal presales team and key technology partners to capitalize on leads and business opportunities.
- Identify potential business opportunities in platforms such as Gebiz and related portals, ensuring timely submission of ITQ (InvitationtoQuote).
- Focus on vertical sectors and familiarize yourself with their specific business needs and requirements.
- Understand customers' requirements, prioritize initiatives, and execute effective action plans to achieve success in your role.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of corporate sales experience in a relevant industry.
- Minimum diploma or above in IT/Business/Marketing or a related field.
- Strong background in sales or business development with a proven track record in selling enterprise solutions.
- Experience in selling IT services and/or solutions such as network/system infrastructure, network security, managed services, and maintenance support services.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build executivelevel relationships and effectively engage decisionmakers and key influencers.
- Independent, resourceful, with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, works well under pressure, and is committed to achieving targets.
