Job Type: - OtherPrimary Care Development team is the appointed programme administrators for Primary Care models such as Community Health Centre (CHC) and Primary Care Network (PCN).
Key functions of the role are:
Key account management
- Engage and provide dedicated support to assigned PCNs as their account manager
- Manage and foster strong relationships with PCN leaders and HQ staff to strengthen the administration of the existing programme and to gather insights for development of new initiatives
Schemes Administration
- Assist PCNs to onboard new clinics into their network
- Lead in the management of specific national schemes, which includes liaising with MOH and relevant entities on the development, monitoring, reporting and administration of the schemes.
- Proactively review, identify gaps and propose solutions to ensure smooth operations of schemes
- Work with various agencies (MOH, MOHT, IHiS) to continuously improve workflow to ease administrative or IT workload for the clinics
- Manage the funding for the assigned PCNs, including but not limited to processing the claims from PCNs, liaising with MOH and other AIC Divisions to ensure proper controls in place for the fund administration.
- Monitoring and reporting of KPIs for the PCN Programme
PCN programme evaluation
- Support data management and analysis on services performed by the PCN as well as the PCN Chronic Disease Registry, timely and accurate maintenance of databases and preparation of analysis reports drawing from such data.
- Assist in other responsibilities arising from the development of new initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Highly driven, selfmotivated, resilient and tenacious
- Possess strong organizational skills in communication, time management, analytics and problemsolving
- Has a flexible approach, able to thrive under pressure and in a fastpaced, rapidly changing environment
- Strong project management skills with experience in managing and supervising administrative projects
- Experience with basic financial management skills such as submission of claims and budgeting for requirements
- Experience in conducting User Acceptance Training and training of new system programmes would be an added advantage
