In the CoE Finance IT PDD team we are a dedicated
group of configuration
specialists that
are passionate about delivering top quality implementations
that
adhere to strict change control
audit guidelines. We are a cohesive group with
a special focus in overseeing
successful change request from beginning to end along with
other initiatives
that
enrich the working lives of our
finance community
. We are looking for another full time colleague to join our
close knit team as a Functional Design Specialist as we move further into our
journey from js="true">Oracle R12 to OracleCloud.

Responsibilities Your key
accountabilities include**:

Status reporting, tracking individual progress against a portion of the work/project plan
Effective ability to develop estimates in support of IT's response to business partner requests for new or enhanced business systems solutions
Coordinate additional support resources, to assist with project deliverables
Capture and understand moderately complex business requirements and recommend solutions
Clearly and accurately document requirements and subsequent solutions into functional design and configuration documents
Setup/configure moderately complex solutions using agreedon techniques, aligning to published standards and addressing all required components
Effective coordination and oversight of the delivery of moderately complex solutions by external resources
Effective management of the delivery of moderately complex solution or customization components by internal/external resources

Requirements What are we looking for from you?**- Ability to document testing requirements

Ability to understand and promote DHL's project lifecycle, concepts, principals, and business processes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with requirement gathering and analysis essential
Experience working within Oracle EBS/ERP support roles essential
Experience in an IT and project environments
Oracle functional knowledge and experience, Oracle EBS & Cloud ERP essential
Analytical problem solving ability essential
