  • Implement / execute processes to enhance business and IT controls regionally
  • Conduct process reviews to ensure compliance and proactively address issues
  • Analyze non-compliant cases and collaborate with relevant teams to achieve resolutions
  • Support special projects to identify financial and operational risks, working with internal stakeholders to develop and implement solutions
  • Address employees' compliance-related concerns

Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or IT
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated abilities in prioritization and multitasking
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical abilities
  • Positive attitude, team player, and enthusiastic learner
