About Us

AsiaNext is a trusted digital exchange for institutional investors in Asia and globally. It will offer integrated listing, trading, and post-trade services for digital assets, including digital payment tokens. This joint venture between SBI Digital Asset Holdings Co., Ltd. (SBI DAH) and SIX Digital Exchange (SDX) will provide an institutional-grade platform to enable the tokenization and trading of existing securities and non-bankable assets.

AsiaNext will support the growing institutional demand for trading of public and private digital assets. It will leverage the extensive networks of SBI DAH in Asia and SDX in Switzerland and Europe, as well as their joint expertise in fulfilling institutional investors' needs. Both SBI DAH and SDX have demonstrated leadership in digital asset markets globally through multiple investments, issuances, and initiatives in this space.

About This Role:-

You will be part of a dynamic team in the Technology Department who specialises in providing technical support, guidance, and solutions to clients especially in the Connectivity and Conformance Testing areas. The role involves understanding clients' technology needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring the successful implementation of the connectivity, conformance testing and usage of technology solutions. You need to bridge the gap between technology team and clients, ensuring a positive and productive relationship. In the course of work, you will also gain deeper exposure to the world of testing methodologies, telecommunication and network protocols, exchange trading systems and digital assets.

Responsibilities

Act as a primary point of contact between the client and the internal Technology team.
Engage with clients to understand their specific technology requirements and challenges. Propose solutions to meet clients' needs.
Collaborate with the Technology team to design, code and implement IT solutions including connectivity and conformance testing.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring successful implementation of connectivity and conformance testing, and usage of products/services.
Help clients understand the value proposition of the offered technology.
Address and resolve clients' issues in a timely and effective manner.
Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients post-implementation.
Perform project management tasks such as tracking of progress, issues, risks, milestones, deliverables changes and ensure dependencies are within schedule and allocated costs.
Manage vendor relationships and deliverables.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, technical issues and resolutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to clients' needs.

Qualifications And Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines

Experience and Skill

3-5 years of relevant experience in software development and some IT infrastructure connectivity.
Hands-on experience in languages such as Python, , Java, micro-services and frameworks such as Spring, React or Angular.
Experience with AWS technologies such as API Gateway, EC2, RDS, S3 and EKS
The following experience is preferred: a. FIX version 4.2 and above; b. Binary, Websocket & REST protocols; c. Scripting Selenium or Katalon; d. Securities exchange, derivative trading, cryptocurrencies, blockchain, financial exchange system/framework especially matching engine and market supervision.
Strong communication / problem-solving skills / inter-personal skills, with a high level of integrity and trust.
Result-oriented, diligent and a team player
Good knowledge of the regulatory standards in data protection and security of information systems
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
