We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as anAssistant Vice President, Policy Servicing.
Principal Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation of all Policy Servicing processes, full compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to agreed service levels
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Policy Servicing, provide user requirements and perform User Acceptance Test for system enhancements and system defects
- Support ad hoc projects and coordinate user testing when needed
- Review and identify areas for process improvements or retraining to the team
- Update Standard Operating Procedure and coach the processing team
- Assist to manage the Policy Servicing team and ensure smooth operations of the team
- Assist to handle complaints from customers and enquiries from internal teams
- Assist to support audits and control testing on Policy Servicing functions
- Coordinate and support ad hoc activities including customer communications
- Degree in Insurance, Business or equivalent professional qualifications
- Considerable relevant experience in managing a team preferably in an insurance or financial sector
- Good time management, task and resultoriented. Able to perform duties with accuracy and deliver quality work within Service Level Agreements
- Proactive, strong team spirit and strong supervisory skills
- A person who is keen to learn with positive work attitude
