Description

• Responsible in strategy planning and resources planning on execution of a project during tendering stage
• Responsible in tender submission
• Attend tender interviews/ meetings and assist in developing and making presentations
• Responsible in answering Tender Questionnaires
• Conduct value engineering on each project to increase project buildability score
• Support Project Team in providing estimation of project costs and durations at all stages of the architect's methodology of work, from conceptual design to construction documents
• Contribute to value engineering and constructability reviews
• Set work program, sequence of work and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan, BOQ and contract drawings
• Preparation of S-Curve for engineering, procurement, construction and overall operations
• Assists project management in the transition of each project from its planning phase to construction
• Responsible in submitting revised work program and schedule when project delay to Client
• Responsible in the issuance of Notice of Delay, analyzing the time and cost implication on the delay of project
• Provide diagnostic monitoring of baseline estimates during project construction
• Validate planning metrics upon project completion

• At least 5 Years of relevant experience in construction and building industry
• Proficient in MS Project software and Primavera (P6)
