Location: Stem Cell Specialist Clinics (Indonesia – HQ-Jakarta, Bali and other locations)

Working Hours: 11am to 6pm, 5.5 days per week

Contract duration: 2 years (can be extended)

Requirements:

• Able to start work in April/May 2024
• 3-5 years experience in managing clinics
• Education: Minimum Degree in Business/Healthcare Administration/Management
• Languages: Excellent spoken & written English + Chinese/Malay/Bahasa Indonesia (due to need to communicate with clients of various races)
• Computer Literate

Responsibilities:

• Good Business Administration and Management
• Prepare SOPs for work plans
• Generate independent work reports
• Align Business process according to company's vision and mission
• Manage internal & external business processes and challenges
• Able to lead and inspire a team supervisors and be a good role model
• Good public relation skills to collaborate with clients and partners
• Able to maintain high standards and loyalty for company's principles for Best Practices
