    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform procurement, accounts payable processes, process vendor invoices, expense claims, etc.
    • Prepare monthly reconciliation of vendor statement of accounts.
    • Prepare analysis of accounts and ensure timely monthly closing in AP and accruals schedule.
    • Perform reconciliation of Account Payable, prepare an AP aging report and ensure the aging is current.
    • Ensure strong internal controls and corporate governance.
    • Projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.

    Skills/Qualifications:

    • Degree holder in Accountancy, and/or Chartered Accountant with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
    • All-rounded skill sets are a plus, as there may be opportunities for job rotations within the Finance team.
    • Detailed individual who takes pride in accuracy and possesses strong technical acumen.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong track record of automation and process improvement
    • FMCG/ E-commerce / direct-sales industry experience will be advantageous.
