Description

Reporting to the Team Manager, the Customer Service Executive is responsible to formulate resolution and respond in a timely and accurate manner and providing excellent customer service to callers.


Job Requirements

  • Possess at least 3 GCE O levels with credit in English language.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience working in a contact center industry or customer service experience in a highvolume, multichannel Customer Experience and/or Customer Service function.
  • Adequate telephone skills and proper etiquette.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment due to high volume of inquiries.
  • Working schedule: 5day work week with inflexible dayoff, able to work rotating shift hours including weekends and public holidays.
  • Payable attractive allowance.

Working hours (1st Project):

Morning Shift: 08.00am to 05.30pm or
Afternoon Shift: 12.00pm to 9.30pm or
Night Shift: 09.30pm to 08.15am

Working hours (2nd Project):

Morning Shift: 08.00am to 06.00pm or
Afternoon Shift: 10.00am to 08.00pm or

  • Friday: 08.00am to 05.00pm / 10.00am to 07.00pm
