Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the comprehensive management of the company's recruitment, training, employee entry, regularization, resignation, salary, Kohler, etc.;
  • Contact with relevant personnel work and answer related problems;
  • Strictly implement the company's various systems, enter all kinds of information in a timely manner, and regularly sort out the data, and issue data analytics results to the superior leaders;
  • Do a good job in the management of employee attendance, rewards and punishments, and investigate the implementation of attendance, rewards and punishments by various departments;
  • Undertake other work assigned by the leader

Job requirements:


  • University degree or above, more than 2 years of human resources experience, fluent in both Chinese and English
  • Proficient in using office software, serious and careful, sensitive to data
  • Optimistic and cheerful, proactive in work, good at communication, high sense of responsibility and team spirit
  • Familiar with major modules of human resources, especially recruitment and employee relations modules
