Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the service teams are properly trained and equipped to deliver quality services to customers.
- Supervising the daily operation of service technicians, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and training.
- Ensuring the safe and efficient use of chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Performing or supervising pest control treatments in residential, commercial and industrial settings which include weekly quality service checks and audits.
- Keeping up to date on the latest pest control products, techniques, regulations in order to implement monthly pest mangement training for the service teams.
- Analyzing pest infestation data and developing strategies to eliminate pest problems.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, pictures and other administrative duties related to pest control.
- Maintaining and tracking inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Perform pest control services when necessary.
- Addressing customer service issues related to pest control services.
- Manage inventory and provide monthly report to management.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid NEA License and class 3 Driving License
- Knowledge of pest control techniques, safety regulations and practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Good organizational and problemsolving skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team of technicians
