Business Function

Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange.

Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of top tier corporate accounts primarily in the real estate and real estaterelated industries
  • Market suite of products and services to existing and new clients
  • Crosssell product capabilities and regional franchise to deepen client coverage and enhance portfolio return
  • Responsible for risk (including credit and operational) management of portfolio
  • Handle documentation and negotiations (for loan and security etc)
  • Prepare credit memos and reviews (including financial models)

Requirements:


  • Bachelor Degree holder with at least 58 years of relevant experience in corporate and investment banking preferred
  • Good knowledge on credit analytics, corporate finance, banking products & services and loan & security documentation
  • Strong credit and financial analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Resultsoriented, resourceful and possess keen business acumen in identifying and developing business opportunities
  • Strong team player with ability to foster trust and work well with team members
