    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Managing of Manager's diary, schedule meetings and appointments, screen calls and receive visitors.
    • Liaising with external clients on behalf of Manager for payment matters
    • Prepare proposals for Manager
    • Other Secretarial functions including but not limited to organizing mail & correspondence, filing, managing bills & expense claim.
    • Assist Manager with personal administration matters including holiday arrangements & appointments.
    • Provide support as needed for coordination of personal matters
    • Any adhoc matter when arises

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Similiar experience preferred
    • Able to commit 12-6pm Mon-Fri (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
    • Minimum "O" Levels
    • Good English communication skills both written & verbal
    • Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Word & Powerpoint)
    • Able to work in systematic & organised manner
    • Able to multi-task & is proactive
    • Dependable & reliable
    • Must be steady & predictable in behaviour
