- Managing of Manager's diary, schedule meetings and appointments, screen calls and receive visitors.
- Liaising with external clients on behalf of Manager for payment matters
- Prepare proposals for Manager
- Other Secretarial functions including but not limited to organizing mail & correspondence, filing, managing bills & expense claim.
- Assist Manager with personal administration matters including holiday arrangements & appointments.
- Provide support as needed for coordination of personal matters
- Any adhoc matter when arises
- Similiar experience preferred
- Able to commit 12-6pm Mon-Fri (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
- Minimum "O" Levels
- Good English communication skills both written & verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Word & Powerpoint)
- Able to work in systematic & organised manner
- Able to multi-task & is proactive
- Dependable & reliable
- Must be steady & predictable in behaviour
