E-Commerce Mechanical Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:


  • The person is responsible for communicating with the customers/distributors on their solution needs and aftersales needs.
  • The job will require preparing and providing the quotation, sales follow, sales forecast, and sales presentation.
  • Generate and review sales quotations, order processing, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Review customer sales orders, proposals, purchase orders, and related information.
  • Preparation of documents for sales operations, customerrelated reports to management, sales and customers as required.
  • Generate price list for sales team, based on information from principals. Monitor & update sales team with relevant information from principals.
  • Manage the Ecommerce online purchasing platform. Monitor and process orders, send the information to the warehousing personnel and arrange for transportation directly to the customers.
  • Effectively engage with external customers, suppliers, financiers and internal colleagues including shipping, finance, technical, service, sales and marketing, as required.
  • Provide admin support where necessary. e.g. filing, data entry, retrieval of documents, or any other duties assigned.

Requirements:


  • Two years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and work with mínimal supervision.
  • Mechanical knowledge and background. Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Class 3 driving license
