Challenge You will be required to engage with our visitors proactively and faciltate their visits to the in-patient wards by explaining the visiting policy and guiding them through the self-help registration process at the kiosks or at the registration counters.

You will also be required to attend to visitors' enquiries and handle complaints including escalation and denial for entry after visiting hours.

In addition, you will need to attend to wayfinding & general enquiries from public and patients within the Healthcity Novena Campus.

At times, you may also be required to provide assistance to patients at the various main entrances.

At least secondary education with credit in English Minimum 3 years of driving experience with good track record Possess at least a valid Class 4 driving licence Computer literate Physically fit and willing to perform 3-rotating shift, including weekends and public holiday.
