    Description
    As an Account Manager at Aspire, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our customer relationships.

    You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business clients, understanding their unique financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

    This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional who excels in building long-lasting relationships and driving business growth.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and nurture strong relationships with assigned clients.


    Identify opportunities for account growth to upsell and cross-sell Aspire's products and services to existing clients, helping them maximize the value they receive.

    Provide insights and recommendations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.


    Promptly and effectively address client inquiries, concerns, and issues, while collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems and ensure client satisfaction.

    Results-driven, always striving to exceed revenue and retention objectives.

    Gather client feedback and relay it to relevant internal teams for product enhancements.


    Requirements:
    3-5 years of experience in sales, customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role.

    Experience working in the financial services, Fintech, or SaaS industry.

    Have a proven track record of being results-driven, consistently achieving and surpassing performance targets.

    You are passionate about working with customers to ensure their success.

    Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

    Showcase the capability to collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams.

    Exhibit a problem-solving mindset, offering innovative solutions to challenges.

    Possess resilience and patience in handling and resolving customer issues.

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
