Description
Ensure service area readiness and attends to patient's/ NOK's enquiries at JCH Outpatient Clinics- Assists patients with registration, billing, collection of payment and appointment scheduling
- Perform financial counselling, admission and billing related responsibilities
- Participates actively in process improvement projects
- Undertake assignments and projects assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' Levels with 3-5 years of frontline service experience
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer oriented environment will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
