    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    • Drive the development of risk management systems e.g. in-house operational risk incident / market and liquidity risk management system, and assist respective risk teams to establish reports, metrics and dashboards.
    • Collaborate with other risk teams to develop business requirement documents for system development and liaise with PMs and Dev teams for development work
    • Provide project management support including: Track project milestones and deliverables with timely escalation of potential roadblocks and delays; participate in key discussions and provide execution support where necessary
    • Constantly maintain and enhance risk tools and systems
    • Act as main coordinator for the risk team in managing cross functional activities such as regulatory engagement, external/internal auditors reviews and queries.
    • Assist PMO manager in developing enterprise-wide policies, guidelines and ensure consistent implementation across countries where possible
    • Assist PMO manager in MIS reporting to Board and senior management

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Possess 4-8 years of relevant hands-on experience in risk management field, and familiar with risk processes and controls
    • Prior experience in handling large scale projects such as operational risk system development is an advantage
    • Good stakeholder management and communication skills, strong problem-solving skills
    • Fluency in Chinese is preferred, in order to collaborate with stakeholders from global offices
    • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
