Requirement

You will ideally be degree-qualified with at least 12 years' work experience in creating and optimising loyalty strategy and loyalty programmes, so as to help your clients grow their revenue.

Your experience includes loyalty programme development and campaign optimisation. Experience in financial services, insurance or travel is a bonus; along with leadership experience.

You naturally work well in an international environment, having strategic level discussions with senior leaders, and co-creating solutions in tandem with them.
