- Ensure accurate and timely commission payments in accordance with established commission schemes.
- Verify and resolve disputes or claims raised by internal or external sales parties.
- Liaise with sales, finance, and support teams to clarify and process sales claims.
- Update and maintain accurate records of payouts, master data files, and perform regular backups.
- Ensure proper documentation and housekeeping of operation processes and procedures.
- Participate in UAT to support new or revised commission schemes.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager.
- Diploma from any field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word.
