- Prepare quarterly Progress reports
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in mass communication, human resources, social studies or equivalent; relevant field will be desired and/or
- At least 1 – 2 years of working experiences in relevant fields / sector or has interest in community relations work
- Understand community relations work and enjoy working in a hybrid environment
- Keen and a good flair in digital communications tools
- Good written and verbal communications – no fear of people engagement at all
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Ability to work collaboratively with volunteers from varying organisations and companies
- Able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision as well as respecting team work and dynamics

Roles & ResponsibilitiesAbout the SG Cares Volunteer Centre:
It is a key initiative under the SG Cares movement where community-based organisations are designated to be the "SG Cares Volunteer Centres (VCs)". This initiative started since November 2018. SG Cares VCs are responsible to grow and coordinate volunteer supply, build volunteer management capabilities, and broker partnerships between demand and supply at the town level.
