Operations Manager
(to be based in Singapore)


Responsibilities

  • Ensure all operations are carried out in appropriate and costeffective way
  • Improve operational management systems, processes, policies, and best practices
  • Control purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee store efficiency
  • Ensure processes within the organisation comply with legislations
  • Examine and analyse manufacturing and operation data and articulate it to improve profitability.
  • Manage business operation budgets and forecasts
  • Perform quality control and monitor production and KPIs of departments
  • Oversee Manufacturing, train and supervise Production staff.
  • Explore ways to enhance manufacturing process and production quality.

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
  • Relevant experience in a Precision Engineering / Automation / Equipment or Assembly Manufacturing environment with at least 23 years in a senior management role.
  • Knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership ability with outstanding organizational skills
  • Degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Engineering Management or related field
