Responsibilities
- Managing of sales ordering processes, including but not limited to, Quotations, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices.
- Upkeeping of inventory and sales records
- Liaison with suppliers and 3rdparty logistics for both incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Responding and handling of customers' enquiries
- To provide positive customer experience by delivering prompt and seamless services
- General administrative duties
Requirements:
- Qualified diploma certificate with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Prior experience and/or knowledge in the IVD or life sciences industry will be advantageous
- Wellorganized with the ability in prioritizing and simultaneously managing multiple tasks
- Proficiency in written and oral communication (English)
