Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership and direction for the development and implementation of blockchain/Web3 solutions, products, and platforms.

Oversee the design, architecture, and development of scalable and secure blockchain systems, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to define technical requirements, prioritize tasks, and drive project delivery.

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, blockchain developers, and technical specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Conduct research and experimentation with emerging technologies, protocols, and tools to inform technical decisions and drive innovation within the company.

Manage technical resources, budgets, and timelines effectively to meet project milestones and deliverables.

Establish and maintain relationships with technology partners, open-source communities, and industry experts to stay current on trends and developments in blockchain/Web3 technology.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and data privacy policies in all technical solutions and implementations.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.

Extensive experience in software development, with a focus on blockchain technology, distributed systems, and decentralized applications (dApps).

Strong technical proficiency in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, Filecoin, Solana or Polkadot, as well as related frameworks and protocols.

Proven track record of success in technical leadership roles, including team management, project delivery, and strategic planning.

Deep understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and tokenomics.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the rapidly evolving field of blockchain/Web3 technology.
