Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal time management and efficiency
Organise travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, while considering costeffectiveness and executive preferences
Assist with personal matters, such as managing personal appointments, insurance policies, and other adhoc tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion
Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls, managing inquiries, and redirecting them appropriately
Handle adhoc administrative tasks and provide support as needed to ensure smooth operation for the executive

The Successful Applicant:

5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Proficient in using productivity software such as PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism while interacting with individuals at all levels
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
