Job summary


Main writer responsible for producing, curating, and vetting all text-related materials from the club, for both online and print contents.


Main Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Senior Corporate Communication Executive and Assistant HR Manager, you are to assist in executing communication strategies, systems and processes to support the club's image.
  • Copywriter for inhouse communication collaterals, including 16pp quarterly newsletter, corporate website, annual reports, and club collaterals for internal and external publications.
  • As the brand custodian, ensure that the corporate identity is communicated accurately and consistently across all communication channels, and for all clubrelated collaterals, publications, or marketing materials to adhere to the club's guidelines
  • Develop and implement internal communication that effectively educate and engage colleagues on corporate communication and identity.
  • As the web administrator, you will manage the club's website, coordinate with other departments and ensure that published information are updated and aligned with the club's image, and serve as the point of contact for all websiterelated issues.
  • Serve as the administrator of the club's Facebook page, produce and curate contents for regular posts, and keeping the page updated with the latest club events and promotions, and news.
  • Followup and document all feedback,and liaise with the respective departments to craft replies on behalf of the club.
  • Develop and coordinate advertisement sales on the corporate website and newsletter.
  • Managing the club's digital signage system, you will coordinate with other departments to ensure that the items on display are updated and to the specific requirements; ensuring the system is fully functional at all times to boost the club's communication and promotional strategies.
  • Covet, and proofread collaterals produced inhouse or from external sources to ensure that information and contents presented are in line with, and support the club's image and identity.
  • To lead the coordination and organisation of the club's annual members' satisfaction survey, which include monitoring the status of the survey, coming up with initiatives to promote the survey, and analysing the response collected after the conclusion of the exercise.
  • To assist in curating digital files and reference materials, and to ensure archived contents are updated and relevant.
  • To contribute to the yearly Annual General Meeting, which include tasks such as conceptualising the artwork for the club's Annual Report and other collaterals, and coordinating with other departments to obtain information and materials.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Communicationrelated field, or Diploma in Mass
Communication with mínimally 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Qualification and experience in journalism will be an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with a flair for writing.
  • Creative, resourceful and meticulous with a mature disposition.
  • Independent, team player with good interpersonal skills.
