Fashion sales managers play a crucial role in the fashion industry. They are responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring that sales targets are met. They work closely with designers, buyers, and marketing teams to drive sales and increase revenue. It's a demanding job that requires a combination of business acumen, fashion knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Technical Skills and Competencies
- Needs to have at least the product knowledge in fashion, fabrics and etc
- Able to develop sales strategy and planning for the company
- Need to retains the clients and understanding their needs
- Need to conduct surveys and gather information about market analysis
- Will be using e-commerce and digital marketing platform to increase the sales of company
