Description

Our client is an Oil and Gas MNC. They are looking for a Customer Service officer to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the Central - Easily accessible.

Duties:


  • Responsible for assisting customer to register their membership particulars online
  • Assist in monthly summary report to Retail Departments.
  • Responsible for workshop contracts and business relationships for clients and customers.
  • Liaise and manage operator relationship and customer feedback & resolutions
  • Responsible for Procurement Services for Retail Stations for tender process and purchasing products and services.
  • Liaise and plan for logistics networks for retail business operations.
  • Any Adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Min Diploma in Business Administrations
  • Min 1 year of working experience in admin / customer service support
  • Simple experience in accounting will be added bonus.
