Your tasks
Supplier Assessments

  • Plan, conduct and evaluate supplier audits focusing on fire safety, natural hazard and BCM aspects
  • Prepare risk mitigation action plans for suppliers and provide advice for implementation
  • Review and evaluate risk reports fo industrial insurer
  • Contribute to procedural and technical improvements of supplier audit processes
Business Resilience

  • Support in developing, implementing and reviewing risks, emergency, crisis and business continuity management protocols, plans and projects
  • Conduct business resilience training
  • Liaison for business resilience initiatives
Security

  • Support and facilitate in security management tasks and projects for the protection of people, assets and business operations.
Project Management

  • Project work and support for individual, topicrelated issues
KPIs

  • Monitoring of KPIs
  • Consolidation and statistical evaluation

Profile:

Education / Certification

  • Degree in related discipline(s) with further education, certification and accreditation in fire safety, security and business continuity management.
Professional Experience (Variety of Functions, Variety of Business, General Management Experience)

  • Five years (5) of professional experience as a construction or technical planner in fire protection/prevention (e.g. fire protection service or industry) and/or in risk management (e.g. as an industrial insurer, auditor or consultant)
  • Proven working knowledge and experience in security, emergency, crisis and business continuity management
Project and/or Process Experience

  • Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with MS Office Applications
  • Basic knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD) Applications
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and an additional regional language
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with the ability to work in a structured and independent manner
  • Strong business acumen and abilities in problemsolving and decisionmaking
