    JOB TITLE: MANAGER, PE PLANNING, SC POLYMER ROA

    LOCATION: SINGAPORE / KOREA

    JOB PURPOSE

    The PE Supply Chain planning Manager is responsible for all ROA demand planning activity, supply & Inventory planning and to maintain all KPI's at the agreed service level.

    The scope of the work is to balance between the demand and the supply by managing the plant's production WITHIN a business of PE with the overall objective to maximize margin within the constraints set by service level requirement.

    This position supports and drives successful company strategy execution and competitive superiority through excellence in supply chain planning. Moreover, he/she is required to lead, coach team to ensure best practices are shared and utilized, develop all staff using competency framework and grow talent through hiring, training and career development.

    Key accountabilities includes

    • Leads, manage and coordinates the strategic forecasting and sales & demand planning processes for ROA region
    • Ensure smooth supply of materials from local production assets or the imported side to meet the customer demand, inventory replenishment at different locations while achieving inventory and service KPI
    • Establish process to ensure efficient and effective planning to different strategies and keep driving productivity improvements
    • Partner with external partners in local affiliates to champion the production plan, inventory strategy and supply to assure the deliverables
    • Accountable to have sufficient supply for our customers either from the HUB or direct from the assets
    • To champion the pre-S&OP, Regional S&OP and to ensure accurate submission of Global S&OP to leaders

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent
    • Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in supply chain in petrochemicals industry
    • Possess good knowledge of S&OP cycle, production/demand/supply planning
    • Able to be work across multi-functional teams
    • Possess good analytical and forecasting skills
