Description

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming wine shipments.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of inventory data into the system. Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.

• Process outgoing wine shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule deliveries and pickups. Prepare necessary documentation for shipments.

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
• Supervise and assist in the loading and unloading of wine shipments. Monitor and report any warehouse equipment maintenance needs.

• Generate and process sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper documentation for invoicing. Address any billing inquiries and discrepancies.

• Maintain organized records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Track and report on inventory levels, sales, and other relevant metrics.
• Assist in preparing regular reports for management.
